Industrial System Integration
A single partner to turn components and processes into a fully functioning system
Every complex industrial system is built from the integration of different components, processes and skills: mechanical machining, commercial components, electrical and pneumatic systems, control software. Coordinating all of these elements without a single conductor multiplies the risk of error, delay and non-conformity. GT Gruppi takes on this role, reducing complexity for the customer through a single point of contact accountable for the entire process.
Coordination of the production chain
We manage the network of specialised suppliers involved in the project — machine shops, metal fabricators, electrical and electronic component suppliers — ensuring that every operation meets the technical specifications and delivery times defined during the planning phase.
Management of processing and components
We track the progress of mechanical machining and the procurement of commercial components, intervening promptly in case of deviations from the plan, to prevent a delay from a single supplier turning into a delay for the entire project.
Final assembly and testing
Once all components are ready, we handle the final assembly of the system and testing activities, verifying that overall performance matches the technical specifications and the customer's expectations before delivery.
Logistics and shipping
We organise the logistics required to move components, sub-assemblies and complete systems between the various suppliers and, finally, to the customer, managing packaging, transport and customs documentation when required.
