GT Gruppi acts as Main Contractor for complex industrial projects
When a project involves multiple suppliers, multiple work phases and tight deadlines, the customer needs a single party responsible for planning, controlling and guaranteeing the final result. In this role, GT Gruppi manages the entire project cycle — from initial planning to delivery — offering full visibility into progress, quality, costs and timelines at every stage of the project.
Activity planning
We build a detailed project plan that defines activities, responsibilities and milestones, aligning the customer's expectations from the outset with the actual production capacity of the supply chain involved.
Supplier coordination
We directly manage relationships with all the suppliers involved in the project, acting as the single technical and organisational point of reference, so the customer does not need to deal individually with each partner in the supply chain.
Progress monitoring and quality management
We constantly monitor the progress of every project phase, stepping in whenever critical issues arise, and apply systematic quality controls to ensure that every component and sub-system meets the required standards.
Cost and schedule control
We keep budget and schedule under control for the entire duration of the project, flagging any deviations in advance and proposing corrective actions before they become critical issues for the customer.
Final delivery and support
We oversee the final delivery of the system or product, also supporting the customer during the subsequent installation and start-up phase, to ensure a seamless transition from project to operation.
