How We Work
Managing a complex industrial project means coordinating suppliers, processes, components and different areas of expertise, while maintaining control over quality, costs and timelines. GT Gruppi has developed a six-phase working method designed to transform a technical project into a fully functional, tested system ready for installation — with a single responsible point of contact throughout the entire process.
Our 6-Phase Process
Technical Analysis
Every project starts with an in-depth analysis of the specifications provided by the customer. During this phase, we define together the project objectives, technical requirements, dimensional constraints and the applicable industry standards. Accurate technical analysis is the foundation that allows us, in the following stages, to identify the most suitable suppliers and correctly plan activities, reducing the risk of changes and delays during execution.
Production Coordination
Based on the technical analysis, we activate our network of qualified manufacturing partners for the supply of components, mechanical machining and materials. During this phase, GT Gruppi takes on the role of project lead, coordinating the supply chain and constantly monitoring the progress of supplies to ensure compliance with agreed timelines.
Assembly
The components supplied through our production network are mechanically assembled at our facility. This phase includes precision mechanical assembly, machine sub-assemblies, structural frames and special equipment, carried out in strict accordance with technical drawings and project specifications.
Wiring and Integration
Mechanical systems are integrated with electrical and pneumatic components: wiring, on-board machine panels, pneumatic integration and complete electromechanical assembly. This is the phase where the system begins to take shape as a fully functional unit, ready for operational testing.
Testing
Before delivery, every system undergoes functional checks and operational testing. During this phase, we verify that the system meets all technical and functional requirements defined during the analysis stage, identifying and resolving any potential issues before the product reaches the customer.
Delivery
The final phase includes shipment logistics management and, when required, technical support during installation at the customer’s site. Our commitment does not end with delivery: we remain available for post-installation assistance.
