When the project calls for it, GT Gruppi also provides direct hands-on capability: mechanical and electromechanical assembly, wiring and system integration, always within a process designed and supervised by our technical team.
Precision mechanical assembly
We carry out complex mechanical assembly for automatic machines, machine units and special equipment, including structural frameworks and material handling systems, following strict dimensional specifications and tolerances.
Electromechanical assembly and wiring
We integrate mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components into complete, ready-to-use systems: electrical wiring, on-machine control panels and pneumatic integration are carried out according to the technical drawings and safety standards required by the relevant industry.
Functional checks and operational testing
Every assembly undergoes functional checks and operational testing before delivery, to ensure the system correctly meets the technical specifications and the intended operating conditions.
Prototypes and pre-production series
We also support customers in building prototypes and pre-production series, a critical phase for validating design choices before the start of large-scale production, reducing the risk of costly errors further down the line.
